★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tea was okay, service was bad. The girls were all rude, and talking all the time about what type of boy they want to get in poly ??
When I was looking at the drinks(nobody else queuing), one staff mocked me for taking my time, not sure whats the rush, am i keeping you from talking about which guy you want to date? Then another tried to scold me for asking if customisation was possible, didn’t know this was the level of customer service.
The cafe was relatively quiet, but your own staff were loud, laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Even clearing tables or getting supplies, they seemed incapable of doing so without shouting or making a ruckus.
Not sure whether I was in a classroom of toddlers or a cafe. Not returning for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time trying this brand's oolong milk tea, tasted very refreshing. They don't do toppings so it's just pure tea and not the type with boba or bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is my first visit to BWCJ at Redhill, the experience was fantastic! I ordered the large peached oolong. The flavour of the oolong tea is very fragrant and well infused. The staff are friendly and provided specific instructions on how to enjoy the drinks. Thumbs up ?? ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time this week. Once you try one must try them all. Today I had the Dark Mountain. Tangerine tea with a dark creamy top. Very nice post lunch drink and a great place to sit and watch the drinks being made too. The two cup a day ice tea dripping slowly into the cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was thirsty and decided to give it a try. There are just so many bubble tea shops coming up but this is different. I decided to give it a try. I order their fruit tea and it is really good, it is 1 L size which is good for sharing. Will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit and I tried Jasmine Green Latte. The tea was refreshing and even at 100% sugar level, the tea was not extremely sweet. Nice ambience and the 2 guys on duty today at 11.30am were friendly. One of them was patient to explain the various kind of tea to me. Will go back again to try the other types of tea.
