We are living in a construction site. There is a construction area right next to our condo. Be aware. Do not pay waste your money, it is too noisy and dusty MON-SAT, until 7 pm.
Smeg white goods are installed in this condo. It sounds nice, but when you use them you will face lots of problems, especially the washer.
Management is not really responsive, you will learn patience from them.
Rooms are small, and the gym has this strong mold smell coming from rubber floor already. They need to open windows and let fresh air get into that area.
There are lots of condos with better swimming pools too.
Pictures on the web look way better than the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ although is a condominium but parking is inconvenient to residential. do not have loading/unloading parking area for delivery services to residents. once enter car park sure likely have to pay $1.50 for food delivery to 28 floor and intercom also not functioning well for lift access.
