On my feel rich days, I go to Chicha, otherwise, I will go for R&B Tea. I have tried and compared extensively with other BBT chains (LiHo, Gong Cha, etc.) and if you are an Oolong Milk Tea fan, R&B has the best one with their No23 Oolong. Their pearls are nothing to shout about, you are really here more for the tea. And the price is also affordable.

One key differentiating factor that I could observe from R&B versus other brands was that it’s clear strength in the fruit tea. Currently, R&B also offers membership programs for the customers. Using the points accumulated from spendings, the customer can use it for redemption for drinks. Service wise for this outlet was borderline acceptable. The tone and actions of the staffs seemed busy and rush when the orders didn’t seem a lot. It seemed to give an impression that the customers weren’t welcome. Maybe it was the staff bad day, had to deduct 1 star for it. The prices are still reasonable. Anyway, this is the place to go for my fruit tea, especially my peach fruit tea.
