β β β β β Good quality products at reasonable price. Similar I.T. Gadgets are cheaper than those at COURTS and Popular bookstore even without membership pricing.
Staff was good, not say the best because there are one instance where cashier ANG AH CHENG was rude to me but after contacting the management for review of her conduct, she changed her ways of handing things upon my next visit which is a great improvement!
If you are reading this review cashier ANG AH CHENG, I'm glad that you realized what you did was wrong.

I just leave your store at 18.25. I ask one of the staff can I get a iPhone charger 20w. He couldn't get and he say he will get back to me soon. After I wait for 5min ,he continue wipe the screen of all laptop.Fine,I try to ask one of the lady staff at cashier,she tell me at wall. EXCUSE ME,I was not able to find the charger at wall and I am feel so helpless. None of your staff provide the service. Just a simple help will do. I wouldn't come to this store anymore. Check your CCTV footage see how your staffi work. 16december 2021

β β β β β I went there as I'm not that IT savvy... Was not able to get my integrated camera in my laptop working. Did all the works.Went to Challenger at Tiong Bahru Plaza .Last resort was to get a webcam. Approached this staff Mr.Chang ( btw he is a young chap) , thought the salutation was much needed for recognition of young budding adults. His counter was closed.Explained my plight, he helped me resolve it without a sour face. Kudos ??

β β β β β Good range of electronics but bait and switch pricing. Most items have heavily inflated price tags and then 'discounts' for members. However, membership comes at a monthly cost, so it's impossible to ever get the advertised price. It's an old and tiresome trick. Better deals available at honest prices elsewhere.

β β β β β Nice range of electronics are available in this store. They have nice range of Home & Kitchen devices. Also have laptops, smartphones, digital clocks, cameras, sound systems and accessories and so on. Spacious and less crowded with friendly staff for any assistance.
