★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally our go to place for movies as it's close to where we live. Of late, possibly due to COVID situation and lesser crowds, the service has been quite lifeless. I would definitely not blame the management, but that is how it is, especially on a weekday in the current state of affairs. There was just 1 staff manning the snacks counter and another at the entrance to the halls.
The halls are clean and neat, though I couldn't see any ushers or staff inside the hall prior and after the show. It could possibly be due to the day and time we went - and maybe the movie too, it was around 10 people in total in a decent sized movie hall.
I am hoping safe distancing norms would be relaxed and the vibes are brought back to the movie halls soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet is inaccessible. I left the hall to go to the toilet, only to realize that the toilet is outside the complex and had to use my ticket to scan out to come back in. Had to run back to the hall just to get my ticket……

When I show you her Kids ezlink and its not acceptable you sitll ask me to show you her ezlink which got photo ? Hello she jus a K1 not even primary school student. Some more you all eyes got problem? She where don't look like kid ? Sitll charge me 14.50

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't come here for a few years already. Located on the 4th floor inside Tiong Bahru Plaza. Theatre is relatively clean, and there was a janitor keeping the toilets clean even at midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have watched 3 movies here. The quality of sound is always very low. Just the normal TV speakers have better audio clarity and sound effects. Pathetic theatre in Singapore especially the Tiong Bahru one.
May be the technicians working here are not doing their job right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for SONG2, great movie and good experience here. Purchased the tickets of 3 on there website, $33 in total, they provide popcorn, cola and lots of snacks. A large popcorn + a large cola costs $11. The movie hall is not big, but due to the social distance, not crowded at all. Only about 10-15 people at one time.
