★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest staff. Wanted to exchange a product but I did not have the receipt. They told me they could not find the transaction for me.
Went to another outlet and they said they can retrieve the receipt, just needed the time and date. Managed to exchange my product.
I highly suggest going to another outlet instead of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night (27/5/2022) to redeem a $V item. Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond their call of duty to help me get the item. I’m not sure why the other reviews rated the branch so lowly (I know first hand the service across ALL challengers improved tremendously) but hope this doesn’t put anyone off from visiting this outlet
