โ โ โ โ โ They don't accept returns on all products despite their website claiming they accept some returns within 3 working days. Same experience as the other person who was told โyou should have read the receipt, it says no return policy" in the fine print

(-: went this afternoon. one dude at cashier, old dude talking to younger lady staff. talk until so happy cannot give proper service. lmao. asked for help on the apple watch and all he said was, โse only have goldโ and walked away. all 3 staff were disinterested. wanted to know more about the specs but seeing how the older staff treated us we were really turned off and left.

โ โ โ โ โ Called them earlier to check the availability of the iPhone 13 pro. The salesperson told me it's confirm available. Rushed down to buy in store as there are some promotions if I buy it there. Upon reaching, salesperson told me that the phone has been sold online and its not for public sale.
Better to ask them to double confirm the availability before heading down. (stock and also confirm it is not reserved for online sale).
Bad experience for me, hope it doesn't happen to you.

Able to answer and clarify all my questions concerning about the product thoroughly and explain it in details with much patience. Will visit the store again in future.

โ โ โ โ โ I went here on Sunday night with my younger brother. My brother is intellectually challenged, and I myself was not sure of a lot of things regarding the iPhone. However, I was blown away by the kindness of the salesman as he helped my brother for almost 2 hours even while the store was busy. Kudos to the Vivo outlet! You have amazing staff.
