Was very amazed by his professional attitude n advice n even care to show me step by step on the operation of the printer . He is really a Gem in sales service . Worst customer service I ever faced. Collecting my items, when I reached the customer service counter, the male uncle representative was serving a customer, so I queued outside. After the customer left, he saw me but still left the counter. It was when more than 45mins later, he came back because there was another customer wanted to test the extension plug before purchasing so he entertained this customer when me and another customer collecting were queuing. After this customer left, he wanted to leave again and was stopped by the customer who was queuing behind me. Instead of serving me, he served the that customer who was behind and served me only when that customer collected his item. He already made me waited for 45mins, yet he still let 2 customers jumped my queue.i bought 9 items, he did not bother to check and wanted to just passed to me to collect. A young lad came to help and insisted to check, then he allow him to check. With this kind of standards, I will never going to buy online anymore. Challenger is such an established retail company, yet the customer service. standards totally cannot make it.

Very conveniently located as they practically have an outlet in all the neighborhood malls. Prices are reasonable even without being a member. They may lack speciality IT items but they are more than comprehensively stock for a general consumers.

The option for choosing good laptops is quite restricted especially for the new and better models.

I bought a DLINK camera but it didn’t come with the RSTP streaming function that I need. Brought the camera back the next day and the staff kindly let me exchange to another model which works perfectly for me. Happy.
