MRF (女人坊) is a Terrible shop! I also have a terrible experience with MRF Fei Fei at Westgate Level 2 (#02-49) in person & a terrible phone experience with a lady (she ended up calling her colleague when I wanted to speak to her boss) at 67923066 which I traced comes from this Jurong Point outlet. MRF is a shop you must never walk into. It is a shop of no return, that is, it's a place you won't want to return to AND it is a shop you will never expect to get your money back in return. It's my first experience with MRF FeiFei at Westgate. And a very unpleasant experience indeed after I had to change my mind a few hours later after I paid her in full $198 without collecting the item yet because of alterations needed (a real foolish mistake!) & went back to tell her I could not go ahead with the purchase, & to ask her for a full refund in person just a few hours later. She made the process really difficult, gave ridiculous reasons like the computer entry she made cost her money,etc. & just simply refused. I was prepared to call police or Westgate management for intervention if she remained so unreasonable. She refused for more than 40min, resulting in me not being able to get back on time to see my son off at the airport. This made me so mad! Finally, she said to me pay $30 for some computer system thing! I told her $30 is 15% of the price of the item! Don’t be ridiculous. I had no more time. I told her I would pay her 10% , that is, $20 and she could keep that $20 for herself. So foolish way of doing business. Her shop reputation is at stake for that $20! There are better shops to do business with. Don't stress yourself paying a big price to find out later even basic things like the dress lining & zipper are not even of good quality. Normal cloth lining & normal rectangular white zipper used for cushion cover for a $198 simple dress! Would you pay? It was really foolish of me to trust her when she told me the dress is from HK when I asked and so didn't double check the workmanship. What a wrong assumption! Westgate facebook also has someone's bad experience with MRF! Trust the bad experiences of people like us. For this steep price of $198 to get a simple dress unlikely made in HK, is most foolish of me! Never again MRF!

MIL rented a night gown from MRF weeks back and did some alteration to the length of the gown. The lady taking the measure uses pin to do the marking (typical, no issue). Fast forward to the actual day after I collected the gown (didn't check on the gown as it was packed in the bag). When my MIL put on the gown, something was poking her leg. That's when she found a pin pinned to the gown (exact same red pin used when the lady did the marking). Guess what? The gown length is exactly the same as before, 20+cm longer. Most likely they did the marking, left the gown at the corner and totally forget about the alteration. My MIL ended up wearing that gown throughout the banquet (almost tripped over several occasion because of the length). When my MIL confronted the shop about it, they still have the cheek to smile and say next time give her discount. Absolutely disappointed in their service and strongly discourage anyone from using their services.
