★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Jurong point Face shop today looking for facial wash product for my sensitive skin .
Was greeted by a young Chinese lady and I told her what am looking for . She brought me to a shelf and explains as if she knows EVERYTHING about the product. I asked , what's the ingredients, she asked me to read myself . When I read , it's stated , product is not suitable for sensitive skins , skins irritations , eczema or dermatitis.
SUCH A VERY POOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF.
WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED DISSATISFIED SO I WALKED OUT !!!

Was served by Dawn Toe Kiat Siok, and did not show any interest in buying product recommended. Dawn was very unprofessional and rude, did not bother to serve me on the product I was asking for.
Another staff came to help, but Dawn was still standing near me and rolling her eyes at me!
If you have such a petty attitude, and dislike to serve customer, please don't work retail. Worse, how can such unprofessional and impolite person be a manager!
Won't ever visit FaceShop Jurong Point ever again. Visit other outlet better!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by a relative and have been a regular since 6 years ago. The past years I have been served by Yuko and her product knowledge is fantastic.
Over the years I faced several skin issues (acne outbreak, dry skin, combination & sensitive skin) and Yuko was able to advise suitable products.
Admire her constant good service provided throughout the years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular customer over 9 years from Faceshop at Jurong point. It is because I have the best Beauty Adviser - YUKO. She have good product knowledge, and whenever I encountered issues with my skin, she is able to advise. Through her recommendation, the product always solve my skin problem.
On top of that she is really friendly and helpful, which made me felt comfortable. 5 stars for products knowledge and service provided! Thank you YUKO. Deeply appreciate it! ???
