Only when I pressed and said that their phone customer service said they have it stock did he search on the system and find 12! I don't think he actually knew what it was before his original answer.

Make sure you do your research before buying things there because the knowledge of the service staff is substandard. Shop there when discounts are good and at least you are assured of genuine products.
