★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Served by a lady staff who cannot answer my queries about the new phone camera features she just slipped away! Another staff came and keep toggle with the phone with no solution. Wasted my time there. Hope that the staff can be trained to show more knowledge of what they are selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suntec is indeed the largest store with lots of interesting gadgets which are very affordably priced. Bought the Xiaomi LED Ceiling light at $99. Love how it connects to apple home kit so seamlessly, elevating my smart home experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to get your hands on authentic Mi (or Xiao Mi) products. They sells many products from phones and power banks to table lamps and luggage. However, they charge a significant markup, so it might be more ideal to buy products online, though there is a risk of purchasing fake ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice Mi store, especially if you are into gadgets. I really liked the way they displayed all their products ranging from Smart watches, vacuum cleaners, car cams, home security cams, TV & desktop monitor and many more. I ended up buying a wifi router, as the price was quite good compared to Dlink, asus or tplink for the same specifications. So far, the router is working well.
Customer Service was also good, as the staff was willing to help which i dont see frequently in other electronic shops.

The attached photos included Mi grey magnetic precision screwdriver set. The kit shown is of great quality ,well machined with utmost respect to Xiaomi 's technology.
