โ โ โ โ โ I visited the store in January 2020 , looking for gift. It was my first time buying from the Chanel Counter. The SA named Coral is very helpful and did not hard sell at all. She even gave chocolates and wrapped the item nicely. Had a good experience. Thank you so much.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought alot of Chanel products at Bugis for the past year and I recently got to know that the staff did not link in my transactions to my membership profile after I gave them my details. Very irresponsible of the staff and I'm very upset about this.
