Sephora @ Bugis+ - 201 Victoria St

Terrible man! The way they stored the perfumes especially under the “DIOR SAUVAGE” column was just horrible. So when I visited the outlet a few days ago, I was browsing through some of the DIOR perfumes they had. When I took one of the perfume packaging, I realised it felt warm at the bottom. To my horror, I noticed a lighting bulb or whatever it’s called just below where the perfumes are placed! I know that is for decoration but doesn’t the staff or the management at Sephora know that the when heat from the light transmits into perfumes, it will spoil them as it breaks the chemical bonds??!! And when the chemical bonds are broken, the fragrance will expire in a faster period of time than usual or worst, it can change the smell of the fragrance! Gosh, I’ve never seen this at other Sephora outlets or perfume stores before. I really do hope Sephora will look at this review and do something about it. (Sadly, I don’t have a picture of it, but if you look closely, you’ll understand what I mean)

Shane was a sweet heart to give me an out of stock foundation in small tester bottles to last me for the wedding I am leaving for tonight . I am so glad she did that as I had no time to run to another store . So glad !! Was a big big favour Shane . Thanks ❤️

Amy from Benefit Brows is super cool, great on service. My eyebrows are sparse and she managed to do a nice arche naturally, very happy and will return!

I always get a ton of stuff whenever I go to Sephora - I can't help myself, gulp! ? I have makeup of every kind, imaginable. My husband often jokes, "We've got a mini-Sephora in our house!" ? I think he might be right! ? I appreciate that the staff are very friendly and knowledgable about their products. They're not pushy but make excellent recommendations. ? Also, I love the fact that if you're not convinced, you can always try on the look with the help of the beauty consultants. For me, nine outta ten times, they turn out to be great choices! ? I would highly recommend going with an open mind and trying different colours to achieve different looks. Because if you never try, you never know what looks good on you! ? Over the years, I've expanded my makeup collection considerably and tried different eyeshadow palettes. ? Point is, don't limit yourself to certain "safe colours". Just in case you haven't noticed, our skin tones change as we get older, as our hair colors change. In different seasons of our lives, our personalities change as well and it's kinda nice to hint at those subtleties with different makeup looks. ? As you can probably tell, I'm really passionate about makeup and excited about how it can enhance your natural beauty. ? But if you're still sitting on the fence, consider this. Research shows that women who wear makeup are more likely than not to be considered for pay raises and promotions. ? Now, don't you think that Sephora is worth a visit? Love, Lynette Tan P.S. I had a great experience here at the Benefit Brow Bar. Had my brows wax for the first time! Amy was so gentle when waxing my brows and always check on me if i’m okay. Super great service by Amy! ??

Decided to try my luck for a walk-in Benefit Brow Waxing service. Amy Low told me she was fully booked today given that it was a Saturday. However, she squeezed and slot in for me. Although my brows were in a mess, she shaped my brows perfectly. I’m super pleased with my brows and am very thankful that she was willing to slot me in. Thank you, Amy!

Staff Shane and Geraldine were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable about skin and products. Especially Geraldine. She patiently went through skin care products and routine with my daughter and I. Being quite clueless about skin care, I felt that she took the time to explain and teach us more about our skin and the suitable products for us. Will definitely be back to look for Geraldine (once we get used to the skin care products we got) to help us with make up next!
