Changi Cycling Singapore - 4 Changi Village Rd

Uncle was not friendly at all. Changed both my tyres there which cost $15 each ($5 for tube, $10 for labour cost) which amounted to $30 in total. Not sure if that is the standard price but i'm definitely not going there anymore.

Purchased a pair of pedals from them recently but unfortunately when I came home, realised that one of the clips on the pedal is missing. Went down the next morning and explained to one of the staff about the incident and without any questions, he took some photos and informed his boss immediately. To my surprise the boss (Yew Sen) contacted me that afternoon and told me that he would drop by my place at night to help me install the clip, which he will remove from another pedal. I tried to tell him that I don't mind dropping by his shop again but he insisted that he would come to my place since it's an issue with their end (probably an oversight during manufacturing). So that night around 1130pm he drove down to my place after closing his shop and install the clip on the spot. Turns out that the boss is actually quite a young guy who is super humble and gave me the sense that he's very hardworking too. Glad I came across this LBS on Carousell and even though the location is a little out of the way, I highly recommend this shop for its top-notch service. Also, they carry a really wide range of MTB accessories and are up to date with the latest trends. They are also one of the few bike shops that open early and close late. It can get a little crowded for the small shop on weekends, but rest assure that Yew Sen and his staff treat each and every customer the same, with patience and always willing to share their knowledge. Keep it up CCS!

The shop is small but like a Pandora box, gems are hidden everywhere! Follow them on Facebook for more product updates. Just got got myself a ride concepts flat pedal that just arrived a few days back. Crowded so mind your safe distancing while patronising the shop.

Super friendly staff and mechanic Joseph is a very helpful and positive guy! Two thumbs up! Recommended place to find bike accessories/repairs or even pet food! 5 stars all day! ?????

There's a million bike shops on the island but I will always choose this one. They're very friendly and have a good range of parts and accessories. Hands down the best for spare parts, tools and chemicals in terms of price.

Read the bad reviews of the people here and i decided to experience it myself. I cycled all the way from tampines with my broken rear axle, problematic gears & brakes. To my surprise, the shop owner and mechanic were both very friendly and approachable. Uncle sum even advice me there is no need to change certain parts as they are still working fine. I then asked him to repair my wife's city bike. Was expecting the total to be about the same as other shops. Even my wife was surprised with the cheap price he quoted. May your business prosper all the way ?? Ps - maybe those who gave bad reviews didn't really approach them or something.

Uncle Sum fixed my bike in 10min for a fraction of the price quoted by another shop. I saved a lot of money and the issue was diagnosed accurately. Thank you for Uncle Sum’s honesty!
