The owner very rude attitude especially the aunty, I asked nicely but got a rude response from her. I witnessed the uncle raised his voice to a customer. I on the spot leave this review in front of their shop without hesitation! I will leave negative star if google have it. I don’t owe them for living, period!

I read through the reviews. There are good and bad review for the store. Here is my experience. I have come to the store 2 times just to fix my tyre. First time inner tyre was leaking air, changed it but came back again to change entire tyre as the outer tyre has worn out and not protecting inner tyre ( bike was not bought from this shop ). First impression to some people the uncle might seem not so friendly but in actual fact when you have a conversation with him he is friendly. He might take time to reply you. Might be because of his age. If he doesn’t responds to you , it does not mean he is rude. Maybe just tired or thinking whats the best option. Will come here again to repair my bike. Apparently bike repair in punggol East is only at this area here. It’s a true bicycle service centre

Attitude. Don’t waste your time. Pushed bike to the shop with punctured tyre. “I don’t do tyre swap” owner says. “So what do you do?” … “I tell you what I don’t do, don’t ask me what I can do” his response. I guess will just have to infer he is/can do jackS Afternote: to those reviewers who say negative reviewers are self entitled, I suggest they fire in their lane of experience rather than cast aspersions on what other reviewers encounter. Good luck if u wanna spend the effort to get genuine help when needed.

Uncles and Auntie do not owe us anything. Be respectful to them and they will reciprocate. We look for them because we NEED them to solve OUR bicycle problems. Admit it: we feel helpless and inadequate because we cannot even change inner tubes. Maybe that resulted in our aggressiveness and a little jealous of their knowledge. If anything, we should be the one displaying some humbleness.

I wouldn't even give a star. Upon reaching the shop, the owner l guess was cutting rubber. When he looked at my bicycle which was broken in the front, his repiled was if its his own bicylce, he can repair. Means l must buy from him??? And my daughter 's pedal was out, he simply said he dont have children pedal???? I said l pushed the bicycle frm very far, he simply said 'that is beside the point. At this point l was angry how can an uncle talk like that. Not even offering alternative. He is so rude and when l checked the reviews, l am surprised.

There are more bad than good reviews but l decided to try out this repair shop. Both men at the shop look aloof but surprisingly, I dealt with Roland and he is actually quite soft spoken and nice. Just need to be a little patient with them which was an advice given by another regular customer who was there at the same time. Roland was able to repair my bike handle within 20 mins and cost me half the price compared to another shop at Punggol Marina Club which I checked but they also needed me to leave my bike there for the whole day! Will recommend anyone to S3 Cycle but you just need to be a little patient and don't go there with a negative mind because of all the bad reviews.

I saw the mixed review and a little hesitant at first, but since it is near my house, so I just went there to fix my bike drum brake. The uncle quoted me reasonable price (in fact, it was just half price of the other shop). I agree and he replace it very fast, looks like he really know what he is doing. I was about to ask him to tighten from front break too, but he did it when he notice that it was a bit loose (before I am asking him). Service is good, the new drum break works well. I am happy. Positive experience for me and will go there again if I need any help on my bike.

I wanted to check the opening hours of this shop, unaware of the mixed reviews here. As it was recommended by a friend who did not mention anything negative about it, I went ahead to get my punctured tyre fixed. As both tyres were quite worn out, the gentleman who attended to me suggested to get both the tyres and tubes changed. It cost $112 in total for two tyres and two tubes of the mountain bike. He mentioned the tyre brand was a good brand, Maxxis. Cash terms only. It was fixed on the spot. I saw two other satisfied customers too while I was there. The service was professional and friendly.
