★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor product, defective item of the same product 2x in a row, in less than 1.5hours on top of that they don’t let you get a cheaper item even when it is their OWN product defected. Insist you either get something of the same value or higher price. Not flexible, after making my dad angry only than were they willing to sell me the cheaper product & refund me the balance. If not they will show you who is superior(them), even when asked for their company email, number or namecard to write in complain, they say no email, no number. Customer service ? Flexibility ? Products ? if possible, i’ll give 0/5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is super lousy. Bought 4 colour glass jars and no bubble wrap or newspaper wrapped. The colour glass jars are suppose to have their own individual straws but staff did not give also and serve us with an attitude. Really disappointed in their customer service. Hope they can send the staffs for better customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Mr DIY toolbag recently. Quality is so bad that after 1 use, the zipper broke. Spoke to manager for a replacement but they don't value customers, so no joy. Pretty inflexible and kind of 'hands are tied' attitude. Employ a robot is better. Do not purchase MR DIY toolbag ( green Colour). no more zipper in picture.

For DIY more advanced tools are needed. The tools available are just the basics to get started with DIY.

Wow the outlets are approx. 15 to 30% or 50% lower than those HDB shops. it's about nearly 10,000 square feet area, providing a comfortable and wholesome family shopping experience.
