NS can train at nearby tekong or CAB east. locking up the historically significant chapel and its original murals, surrounding serene changi village road, tangmere, wittering roads are completely unnecessary. you don't need forests or historical buildings in an airbase!!! this is an area the public can appreciate. it can be converted to a park I will definitely visit.
