★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in Little India. It is very close to the little India MRT. And has lots of indian eateries nearby. Perfect place for Indians to stay. However the rooms are very small. Has a small bedroom with an attached bathroom

Very clean room/bed, great bathroom.
Close to trains, stayed other places before, this is worth the little extra if you budget minded but want a decent place. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walls are peeling, the place doesn't feel clean. The water stays hot for around 5 minutes and there is no water pressure. The bed is beyond hard, there is no cushion in it at all. Location is ok but very noisy even at night. The rooms are hardly if it all sound proof and there is a constant stink of curry from the restaurant next door.

-Rooms are very small, I stayed in Deluxe room and I found it very small and also there is no balcony.
-Service is ok. You will not get any room service or anything else in name of service. Just your room key and that's it.
Overall, I will suggest looking for other options. I am sure you can find better options at same price or you might regret after.
If you're an Indian and going to Singapore for a vacation, do not stay in little India as everything is same. Book a hotel in orchard road or somewhere else so that you will feel like you are in Singapore and make your vacation a memorable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Santa Grand hotel little India was decent. The rooms are small but that is to be expected, and we had room enough for our luggage. It was also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep and one of the major pluses is that it’s near an MRT stop (about 2 mins walk) so that allows for easy access to everything to and from the hostel. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive - helping when we had an issue locking our safe and allowing us to check in hours early as our flight arrived early in the AM. Our main complaint was that the room smelled very strongly of Indian food, but this may have just been our specific room due to its location facing the front facade of the building. Overall, this was a decent place to stay considering the price!

It is clean(Indian terms) good to stay.
I would call this a place a bed space only.
Also be careful of the bed shown in the photograph,(specially if you have a child) because child is not charged, child is ignored totally in the bed setup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented family room. It big with spacious bathroom. The room itself is quite good even with odds placement of lights and television. They provide small refrigerator so it really convenient to keep snacks and beverages.
Minus is it not sound proof (little India is very lively district, it fun to walk around but not if you really tired) and the air conditioner seems broken.
The staff is very cheerful and friendly. Wish good health always with her
