★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Changi Ferry Terminal is just after the hawker center near the public car park. I advice to check out the delicious local food at the hawker center before you explore the Ferry Terminal and the beach. Lots and lots of great local delights. It has just about any local dish you can think of and at an affordable price.
While walking towards the ferry terminal you will see a small stone bridge. This bridge connects to Changi Beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things have definitely changed over the years. The boat ride used to be just $2, then now at $4 per pax or $6 pax traveling with a bicycle. The terminal has also improved with amenities such as toilets and a lift. Definitely a great short getaway from the hustle bustle of the city life and to rekindle with the less manicured natural part of Singapore. Come as soon as you get the opportunity before more deforestation plans are on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost $$ to take a trip to Pulau Ubin for family of 5. Although fast service trips to and fro, cost would matter for big families. Probably after COVID-19 pandemic hit, businesses are recouping back financial losses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can board a boat to pulau ubin for $4 per ride. But if you don't want to go ubin and just want a 2 hours boat ride to loyang rock, it cost $260-$300 for 8 people, proce negotiable with the boatman.
The black-napped terns have been nesting there for many years. This year, I managed to spot 11 ruddy turnstones, which migrated from eurasia and north america.
