★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Captain Victor Chua provides fishing charters from Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Sat, Sun & Ph(Please check with Captain regarding availability). He brings anglers around the Changi, Ubin & Tekong waters. His Bumboat comfortably accommodates up to 6 anglers (fully vaccinated). There is a small toilet in the boat to accommodate to female anglers. Charter Rates are reasonably priced. Live prawns & ice can be easily purchased at the near by kelong or fishing shop at Changi Village before fishing. As Captain Victor's charter is always fully booked, it is best advised to contact him to book your fishing trip in advance. Victor is a very nice, friendly, helpful & chatty Captain who enjoys fishing too. Highly recommended for those who wants to enjoy day trip around the changi/tekong/ubin coastal waters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
