★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncle Robert and his assistant were very friendly and tell you frankly what you need to change or do. Price was very very reasonable and everything were in smooth running condition. Send 5 bicycles for repair at noon and got back the bicycles by 5pm same day.
Uncle Robert even taught me his 3-steps lesson on how to teach my children how to ride a bicycle.
Very satisfied customer and would recommend to everyone. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude uncle. He changed my rear bike wheel but when opening broke my gears. He refused to admit his fault. Caught everything with my helmet camera. Tried to charge me $100 to replace all parts. Went to another bike shop and replaced all for a lesser fee. Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend it. Uncle is knowledgeable and has decent rates. Had my bike chain and both inner tubes replaced, and got a new saddle as well. Work completed within an hour. He's honest and upfront about what does and doesn't need to be replaced.
You will need to be patient as sometimes there will be a small queue of people waiting for repairs.
Uncle can speak english but having some mandarin is useful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't seen such a rude and useless uncle. this shop is the only one in the area, so complete monopoly. I have been in Tech whye, pioneer, bukit gombak and the prices over these area are all similar. but this guy charges like anything. i enquried for a baby seat. today he will say one price and ask to come tomorrow. Tomorrow when u go, he will say a different price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bike for $300 at this shop and has a lot of problems went back for repairs almost every 2 week and he charge crazy prices. Started to think he damaged parts so I can go back and repair from him again. When I went to another bike store they checked my gear and said the product was a cheap rip off that only cost $20-$30 . This uncle scammed me . Would not recommend buying from this place or repair from this place .
