I bought two slices of cake (Gateau Chocolate & Tiramisu) for a total of SGD 11.20. Just ask for a big candle (representing 10 years old) but your staff said that the company stipulated that buying this type of small slice of cake can only give a small candle. The point is that I just ask for one big candle and not a lot. So means that if only 2 persons to celebrate birthday, we can't buy cakes with Chateraise, right? It because if customers not buy the big cake & they are not qualify to ask for big candle.

Always love their cake and ice-cream but except today panda cake. Even my kids all found it too sweet, the cake taste so so. Not recommend and particularly review for the “PANDA” cake ONLY.

Fresh & fluffy strawberry short & tiramisu cakes from Chateraise! Worth a try for those craving for sweet food.

I was there to buy some pasteries on 16 November 2021 at 1: 15pm. This sales staff was very rude as if she was giving me my $30/- worth of pasteries free. I wasn’t at all rude and wasn’t even taking much time ordering. Maybe I should be more tolerate as well but it did irritate me. Sales staff who are friendly and helpful do make a customer’s day!

Anywhere else, the place always closes at 10pm, i went to the yewtee outlet at 9:20pm and it is already closed. What is the point of putting the closing time at 10pm when the shop closes at 9:20pm? (They finished packing at 9:20pm too)

Extremely sweet cakes. I generally buy from other cake shops in Lot One. Tried Chateraise this time. The extra money you pay, as compared to other cake shops on the same floor, is not worth it. Very disappointed.
