★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy service. Placed order for mince meat noodle, coffee, and fish ball. And I have to repeat my order again to the cashier, to the person preparing fishball and to the person preparing coffee. Do they have a ordering process to follow?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disgusted. Bought laksa and ate a ten cent coin! What is wrong with them. It’s the covid season, everyone should be paying extra attention to hygiene. I ate until almost finish and I bit into a coin. I’m worried the whole pot of laksa soup is dirty and no one is picking up my call. Everyone who ate on 1st June, take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for food, 5 stars for angry staff. Get ready to be yelled at to start your day. Its a very toxic environment! I've have yet to encounter a branch where the staff will make you feel welcome. Today will be my very last visit to this chain. The HQ should really consider retraining, guess they're too greedy to. Btw the vintage mural of the old lady squatting and enjoying her noodles doesn't make me think I should spend that much for so little food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a place to get your noodle fix done and move on. The staff here has no initiative to clear the surrounding leftover bowls and trays even though I am the only one who clear my own tray.
Clearly they wouldnt welcome anyone here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Rude service! Went there 3rd sept around 8:40pm, there’s about 3 customers in queue waiting to order. A male service crew asked if we’re using Shopee vouchers with bad attitude.
Even worst, he said”我最讨厌这样的”. Hello? Please lah, We’re not beggars. we paid for the voucher with money, not FOC!

For the young chap who took order & an elderly Aunty with falsie who cooked noodles, I will give them credit for their attitude to stay calm & rectify the wrong orders in times of chaos.
However, the lady boss in black tee & specs today & the tall PRC woman ??????. We pay money the patronise your stall, not to see your black face. Also to that PRC woman, if you think you can scold customer openly, return back to where you are from!
Either you take in whatever orders you can manage, or when you have so many orders, give customers the queue number, don't expect customers to keep coming back to check which and when our orders are ready. And when orders are wrong, rectify it, scolding the customer or putting them down infront of so many people is uncalled for.
I will never patronise your stall again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The aunty who preparing the food can literally shout at customer in front of the crowd. I was asking politely whether can I have chili padi and she yelled at me: 可以一样一样来吗！
I respect you as an elder and walked away quietly. (I'm just asking for 1 single item, what do you mean by 1 by 1?)
Seriously, I'm asking politely and you yelled at me with that kind of attitude? Super rude and bad experience.
Please at least manage your own attitude and stay calm while handling crowd. During my time of visit was only 3 customers. Couldn't imagine what would happen in times of chaos.
Today, 27 May 2022 will be my last time patronise this stall. Disappointed.
