Really feel sad for the reputation of the company to have this kind of stuff..
Bought 3 pc of the sweet potato fritters, so many big piece one yet give me the super small like a matchbox size

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointment! Signature Fried Fritters (Youtiao) is far from fluffy light crispy texture I used to have from purchase at Clementi outlet, which still taste good even when item is just warm.
I'll rate the 1 pc fritter just taken a few bites as "QC failed" based on "Xi De Li" standard. I don't like to waste food, thus It's really shameful I absolutely have to throw away 2/3 of it away, even though I am really hungry now and need to get something for munch now.
Management need to do something to ensure quality is uphold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person manning the shop was extremely rude and impatient, she placed order under a clipboard (who even does this?) without a receipt and when asked where's the order, she pointed to it and said, "cannot see ah?" How to know that's the order, you tell me. Stupid goat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person was very nice,great experience.The 3 in 1 nian gao which consist of yam,sweet potato and nian gao and i am not so sure if theres others.it was so delish def my go to whenever i go lot one from now on!the fried carrot cake as someone who don't like fried carrot cakes it tastes good!
