★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience from what could be a simple shopping experience. I waited in the queue while two employees were working and one staring into space. after which, they decided to serve the guy behind me first. I won't be shopping with Chateraise again ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this outlet cake standard is much lower than the outlet at j8 unfortunately. bought the strawberry short one recently and to my disgust and disappointment their were hard bits inside (which is probably due to unevenly mixed batter)... reminded me of similar experiences buying cakes from the outlet in the past... only recommend buying the prepackaged desserts in this outlets bc those are the only ones kind of up to standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EVER BUY ONLINE. They accepted the order but did not honour it. My wife placed an order for a Birthday ice cream cake at 12pm (transaction went through and paid for with credit card), and she chose 8pm pick up time. We took the girls out, had a day of fun and turned up at 8pm to pick up the ice cream cake, only for my wife to be told that they had a "system error" and they didn't have stock for the ice cream cake despite accepting the order. So they cancelled the order and refunded her, and that they have sent her a SMS at 3+pm. And that's it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the cakes are moist and delicious, they are less sweet, which makes it more enjoyable for a person who doesn’t have sweet tooth to eat.
i love that they include a chocolate tablet to personalise the birthday greeting.
cream puffs are also quite popular.
customer service is good.
