Thanks to the technician and the customer service are willing to attend me at late hours

My AC was leaking and I asked them to come down which they agreed and I'm grateful for.
The cleaning was done in less than 10 mins which is of course a plus point especially for WFH people like me.
Happily turned on my AC thinking it was ok and after 2 days, voila! The leaking started again.
Asked another trusted company of mine to come down. When they opened the AC, they told me that the water wasn't drained at all and it's something that should be done for general AC cleaning.
Please save your money for a better servicing company.
