excellent service. I ordered the wrong kitchen faucet from them but Caddi promptly did the exchange, perfect after sales service!!!
I'd highly recommended to go down to the shop instead of buying from Shopee.

Besides having a particular Kohler sink and Rubine mirror cabinet that I was looking for, it was the attentive and informative service from staff person Merry tt made me decide to get all my bathroom essentials from Uniqool. These include towel racks, toilet roll holders, toiletries shelves, and grab bars. All were of high quality and looked good when installed. Highly recommended for both service and products.

Ordered the Rubine water heater from Uniqool's Caddi this morning and she was extremely kind and helpful to arrange for the delivery and installation within today as she understands the urgency. The whole process was smoothly executed. Kudos to her and the delivery and installation guys, worthy of a 5 stars rating.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good product knowledge and excellent after sales service. Thereโs many shops to choose from around the area but their service is top notch and above the rest. Bought all my bathroom accessories from them and they even advised my clueless ID on how to mount the sink etc when my IDโs subcon screwed up. They really saved me a lot of money. Their overall knowledge is better than most IDs.

โ โ โ โ โ A very efficient and hardworking bunch of sales team, Merry and Kathy. Both helped me along with my purchase of the taps and were patient even after a few months of waiting. While most prices of bathroom items have risen, they did their best to keep it as close to the prices they offered me 4 months ago. For this I appreciate and thank them for their sincerity.
They were prompt online in replies or WhatsApp. Payment methods were also wide, incl FAVE pay etc.
Will highly recommend Uniqool to anyone looking for bathroom fixtures.
