They took time to explain to us how everything worked and how to best utilise our aircon unit and they were super thorough. Superb! Definitely will recommend to anyone out there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweltering heat was unbearable on the first week of August and to make matter worst the aircon in the whole house decided to die on us. I contacted Uniworks Engineering which have been servicing my aircons for the past few years. They did a check and informed me that there could be a few reasons. I decided on a repair but somehow the aircons could not be revived. It was a Friday night and I contacted Nicky to help me install new aircons. He immediately contacted the supplier to purchase the aircon units within two hours on Saturday morning. He then arranged his team of technicians to remove and install the whole unit in the afternoon and my house was cool again. Ever grateful for their speedy service and professionalism especially as this was a last minute appointment. Price was also very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our aircon started leaking water after 3 years of abuse and we reached out to Uniworks for cleaning after a neighbour's recommendation. On chat they were very clear about the fees and warned that we may need to do a chemical overhaul as we had not serviced for so long, but when they came down to check it was not required. I liked that they were transparent and professional, and the servicing team was very polite and fuss free. We signed on for a package as the fees are reasonable and we trust that they will not hardsell us unnecessary services in future.

The team responded quickly when I asked to schedule an appointment, turned up punctually on the day without need for reconfirmation and did a great job at servicing the aircon units. The cleaning also got rid of a noise issue I was experiencing. Nicky and team cleaned up well and offered good tips to boot. Well recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our previous aircon contractor told us even a chemical overhaul wouldn't save our aircon, and we should spend $2k+ to replace the 8 years old unit for my mum. It was (also coincidentally) the last servicing in our one-year package. My brother got Uniworks Engineering in for a second opinion. I was expecting a brief look and probably a bomb of a quote, but these guys dismantled the entire aircon unit to fix it, charged us less than what our regular contractor charge for a chemical overhaul, and threw in free disinfecting! They also passed us some tips to maintain the aircon. Definitely signing up for a package with them.
Thank, Uniworks Engineering! We need more friendly aircon men like you guys!

after servicing, there is a Low gas issue and both air con stopped working. Technicians and customer care team explained that it is due to cleaning of aircon units leading to Low gas being detected and causing units to stop working. Topped up another $70 for gas top up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started a 1 year contract with them in early 2021. Despite our busy work schedule we did not missed any of our servicing, thanks to their prompt reminders to schedule for the quarterly servicing for our AC. They have ensured we received the servicing package we paid. We are really pleased with their services and we went on with a 2 years renewal with them. Very reliable.
