β β β β β Newly opened stall by the Chee Wei Vegetarian chain. They don't have zichar dishes here unlike at the Toa Payoh Lorong 8 outlet, but the entire menu is vegan - including the burger, for which they use daiya cheese! I enjoyed my turmeric nasi lemak and look forward to trying their other dishes. Note that the coffeeshop can get pretty crowded during peak hours - especially with the safe distancing measures - so plan your trips accordingly.

Staff attitude was terrible.
Was there on 19th oct at about 2pm
Only 1 staff around, saw him busy in the kitchen.
Waited for him and 5 mins passed and he still can't be bothered .
I called out to him and he answered very rudely " What you want!"

β β β β β I'm surprised no one has made a review about the Mee Rebus yet. This has got to be one of the tastiest Mee Rebus around. It's more towards the tangy side so those who are familiar with the Malaysian version of Mee Jawa would be able to relate. Generous portion of tofu, green chilli, overall a well balanced bowl of goodness ?

To let my hubby to try their dry mee pok and their mee rebus...
Definitely be back again to try others like mee siam also as above 2 dishes taste are as good as like non vegetarians.

1st visit dated on 3rd week March 2022.
Their dry mee pok indeed is good to try!
I did remind the chef to shortened the cooking timing as I like springy noodles..
Too anxious to try the noodles so forgotten to take photos. Will do it on next visit again as the taste will make you back again.
Will be back again to try mee rebus, mee siam..

β β β β β Their meepok must try! Dry or soup. Flavorful and the βmeaty bitsβ are amazing! Familyβs favorite grab food order! Also tried their βwhite chikinβ as to go with the noodles. Love the texture and taste! Price is super reasonable given the great taste! Highly recommended!
