β β β β β I have been eating here for more than 10 years all the staff here has been nice and good all this while but the recent counter staff that works at night time has been very rude for the past one year I have been ordering.
I smile and wait for him to take my order. He came and asked me what is my problem.
I said I want to order food.
So I ordered my meal and asked to add cheese sauce ($1.50) which I have always done for the past 10 years and I pay for the extra sauce and the counter guy just refused to add the cheese sauce for me just because he doesn't want to.
I think the boss really need to look into this matter because the attitude of the staff is really bad.

β β β β β 4 star rating for the food but zero for the staffs are rude and arrogant. Need improvement on their attitude towards customers. Not recommended to dine there as it will ruin your appetite.

Great as they allow changing the sides into something else, some sides have additional charge.
The ice lemon tea from the drinks stall goes well with their food.

β β β β β Im a regular customer for this restaurant. If we cannot choose the sides for FC2 and FC3, for what point the board is at front there??? The staff said its fixed fries and coleslaw. Than dont put the customer choice of sides. Its always happening! Sometimes can and sometimes cannot. How you guys can serve a customer like this way? If dont have dont put the board at front cashier!!!

β β β β β The good was ok but the front desk guy attitude was really bad. Order two chicken chop and a chicken cutlet. Ended up only prepared two packet. I said short of one pack and he went βwa lau eh, then u still want or not!!!β. So reluctant to sell me another pack! Will never buy from them anymore.

β β β β β Been living here for the past 4 years and the food is pretty amazing I gotta say. But 1 thing that needs to change is the bloody attitude of the front counter person thatβs taking your order. Mid 30s Chinese looking male. The problem is I donβt speak Mandarin so he assumes I speak that language. So when order, he keeps replying to me in Mandarin, and when I didnβt understand him he automatically raised his voice at me. Pretty rude donβt you think? His attitude gotta go.
