Soup is flavourful with lots of ingredients but some pieces of the pig stomach weren't cleaned well and had some smell, and the chicken was a bit tough. Fell kind of short of my expectations after reading some really good reviews. Also saw one of the uncles from the stall smoking at the stairwell and he didn't wash his hands when back at the stall... ?

Lady Boss was gracious enough to top up my soup when I ran out. Tip - choose a seat in the direction of fan as you will prolly sweat it out while eating!!!

Tried the vinegar pork trotters, yummy! Sesame chicken is inconsistent too. First time I ate very fragrance, last bought the sauce was diluted. Hence minus 1 star for inconsistency. The 2 uncles manning the stall are very friendly. I will be back for more!

Our favorites being the Fish Maw Pig Stomach soup and the Ginseng Black Chicken Soup. Both are equally good and it is so hard to choose between the two that I had to order both. Vinegar Trotters is also another family’s favorite and I don’t get to eat this often, so had to try this while I’m here!

S	Syn Yew Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered all 3 of their signature dishes. Fish maw Pig stomach soup, vinegar pig trotter and sesame chicken. The sesame chicken pieces were tender and fragrant. The sauce was savoury, a fabulous mix for the rice. It was a perfect dish on its own. The vinegar pig trotter had an equally desirable sauce for mixing with the rice. The right stickiness and vinegar taste, not too powering sourness. Unfortunately the lean meat pieces were too tough, not enough time braising with the sauce. The fish maw pig stomach soup was just delicious. The fish maw and pig stomach strips had been properly tenderised. I was expecting a stronger herbal fragrance but not detected. Definitely a return to eat place. Watch out for inconsistencies as I suspect different crews may have cooked according to their own paces for those required longer cooking time. Safer bets are probably the chicken dishes.
