满族全羊铺 Manchurian Lamb HotPot - 羊肉汤火锅

Our first visit to the restaurant did not disappoint. We had the Beijing Lamb Spine Claypot Stew, and some servings of vegetables and dumplings to go with the hotpot. Be sure to order the BBQ Lamb Chops; they are definitely to die for!

Our 1st visit to this restaurant and it did not disappoint us. their bbq lamb rib was nicely soft and tender. their old Beijing lamb spine hotpot was superb delicious.

Its my 2nd time dining at Manchurian Lamb Hotpot. What I like about it is that the Lamb Spine Hotpot (soup) comes with very yummy pieces of lamb spine(meat) - I have tried the original previously and last night we tried the yuanyang with the spicy version. In my view, both are nice. The other hotpot soup we had was the Lamb Collagen Bone soup. This one is just the soup (no meat). If I were to compare this with the collagen soupbase from Beauty In the Pot, I prefer the latter. But if you like your soup peppery, then this Lamb Collagen Bone soup is for you. Our dinner for 5 came up to be about $200+. We ordered the usual hotpot stuff like lamb slices, meatballs, potato noodles, handmade noodles, fried bean curd sheets, mushrooms etc. they provided these packets of paper tissues but **I found out that they are not complementary. ** Charged 50 cents per pack. So do take note if you rather spend $ on more food than paper tissues you may not need. They dont provide wet tissues either. Overall the food is nice, and service is satisfactory. They also offer braised and grilled lamb meat options but we did order it this time. There’s a membership thing, you provide your phone number and you supposedly can accumulate points each time you dine with them. I have no details how it works though. Nevertheless, I paid via Grabpay just to get a little more out of this dinner/transaction. Would definitely dine there again.

Love lamb hot pot so gave this a try over CNY. Although the spine soup is very herbally which is how I like it, it is not the best I have tried. The BEST dish there to us is their roasted lamb rib dish. SUPER well spiced and marinated dish. For those who has a "heavier" taste bud. Meal for 2 pax cost $165 for those 3 dishes.

We had their very juicy crispy, flavourful roasted lamb ribs, fried rice and an appetizer - lotus roots with chilli & garlic. Next time shall arrange with family for a 3-4 pax meal, complete with their lamb hotpot with herbs. ?

Chinese Lamb concept restaurant at Chinatown area. One of my best Lamb place in Singapore. Many kinds of Skewer food and it is nice. Grilled Lamb is also very delicious. I recommend that to visit here with some friends instead of 2 pax because you can try many kind of food. 2 pax can try only few items. And I love their lamb hotpot with green pepper (fresh Ma-La), the soup was amazing. Beer promo is also working well, staffs are good, friendly, higher standard. But English speakers are only few, so if you are foreigner it might be little tough to order sometimes. Even if there is minus point like this, you will enjoy here. I’ll be back !

Food was decent but not worth the price. Staff are inattentive. Ordered lamb spine soup, lamb skewers and the stomach pouch. Spine soup was alright, fresh and balanced. However, it was clear that MSG as the star of the soup base. The stomach pouch has a single taste: no difference between the stomach and the meat in it. It was as if stewed before, chilled and reheated to order which explained the monotony of texture and taste between the meat and the stomach. The saving grace was the lamb skewers. That one I'll strongly recommend. It was the most delicious of the dishes. In all: alright food at a price meant for tourist bucks.

Nice restaurant if u like lamb.. we ordered the braised lamb hot pot. Lamb in the pot is tender. the BBQ lamb ribs is highly recommended. The skewers has a lot of spice.. not my favorite..
