Dough stick is quite good actually, except it was not hot. Dough bas a chewy texture. Can tune down the salt slightly would be perfect.

Soft and doughy traditional snacks at 70c per piece. Will usually get an assortment of each type whenever I’m at this hawker centre. However, the drawback is that fritters are not crispy or warm as they may have been displayed on the shelf for some time.

Soft and fluffy. Best ever dough sticks. The rest of items are good too.

Cheap and tasty fresh you tiao, butterfly and salted buns. They only sell 5 items and all at 70 cents. All freshly made and fried.

A tint of saltiness while biting, give the tingling taste at tongue. It’s not that crispy type of you tiao but the dough really well knead. The 2stars minus because my Xian Jian Bing‘s stuff filling was missing. Without the filling, Xian Jian Bing become a “round you tiao”.

Had the You tiao and Butterfly. Both 80 cents each and fried fresh and crispy. You Tiao dough was light and airy, slightly chewy centre and fried well (just Look at the greaseless surface).
