β β β β β I have been patronising nex outlet for quite some time...the service level have dropped significantly and the killer is the environment. Customers talking loudly to each other , customers chatting loudly with therapists (even across rooms). No one stop them. Not sure because of the mask, its super loud nowadays
Today , 30 may 2021, I even heard video playing from Handphone from one of the rooms. I have generally put up with the standard of massage here as it varies but if the environment isn't even of relax ambient, no skills will enable a patron to relax.
Thank you for the years of services, where i even put up with rude receptionist...seems like it's time to take my money else where.

β β β β β Daniel's massage skill is spot on. He is very detailed and I don't feel my whole body will sore with pain after each session of shoulder or foot massage. I will look for him if he is available to fix my shoulder ache caused by occupation hazard. He don't chat much and that suits me too.
Also Ah Yong and Leo. Request for them if you prefer a quiet and effective shoulder massage.
Latest update. Though Daniel is no longer with Cheng Kang, I have found another masseur, Ya Ya. She is very good in her Thai massage skill. Book at least 1.5 hrs with her for a good muscle relaxation.

β β β β β Shouls be negative, doesn't even deserve a star. Receptionist with poor attitude, bad tone, disrespectful, the worst I have encountered. Masseuse with poor skill, it was painful instead od comforting. Highly not recommended ?

β β β β β Won't recommend the services at the NEX branch. Had good experience previously however service has significantly dropped.
The towels they provided are dirty, very rough and not comfortable on the skin. Was asked to wash my feet in a corner and wipe dry myself.
Despite the COVID situation, 3-4 of the masseuses were chatting very loudly throughout the entire massage - definitely not the peaceful environment I was hoping for!

β β β β β Massues majority have no strength. Whole process keep talking non stop among themselves and cheat timing. Example 40 mins massage. In 32 mins they will say ok. Lucky I got check the time. This is not the way to do business. If you want to relax this is definitely like a market place not a place to relax

β β β β β I booked an hour but I left after half hour. Felt like I totally wasted time there. The masseur didnβt manage to hit any of the sore / tight spots on my shoulders and back, she tried to go over the areas generally instead of working on the problem areas... they still charged me $39 for it. I just paid and left. At the reception, the lady even retorted to me that the masseur have her own returning customers. Chen Kang used to have better quality people. Now their attitude and skill leaves much to be desired. Never going back ever.

β β β β β The massage is good but your package can expire. You buy with your own cash and yet it expires so in a way, your money goes down the drain. The logic doesn't make sense but since it's their policy, we cannot do anything about it. Just have to be careful.
