They assistant with the accident report, claim and temporary replacement vehicle. They know what they are doing and the whole process is an breeze, something which the customer needs after a accident. Transfer of season parking to the replacement vehicle is also done by the staff, which is a value added service. If ever there is a need to come again, I will drop by without a second thought. Any shop can do a insurance claim, but a company with heart is something which touch the customer.
