CHEONGDAM (SingPost Centre) - Best Korean Facial Singapore

Cheongdam is by far one of the best places to visit for beauty services (facial etc.)! Their staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Have been to both the Singpost and International Plaza outlet and attended to by Bebe and Kelly whom made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I have a combination of oily and dry skin type, but the dry part is quite bad that sometime there will be like flaky skin around my cheek. Even after applying intense moisturizer every night, my skin condition didn’t get any better. My best friend then introduced me to her therapist, Fion, at Cheongdam Korean Skin Management at SingPost center branch. For my first session, Fion did a round of consultation to ask about my daily skin care routine and analyse my skin condition. She then suggested the treatments targeted for my skin problem. The whole experience was really nice and pleasant (no painful extraction as this will only be done as an add-on if you want to). While doing the treatment, Fion will give you tips on how and what you should for your daily skin care. I did see an improvement to my skin after the first session (even my friend noticed the difference). Since then, I have and still continue to get my treatment at this branch. Do give Cheongdam Skin Center a try if you have been having trouble with your skin, and if the schedule fit, ask for Fion. Your skin will definitely like the treatment!

First trial of treatment at Singpost outlet, Served by Joey, she is good in explaining my skin problem and recommend the right treatment. The treatment is good and focus on my problem I had, very professional. Will sure come back again.

I'd like to tell everyone about my personal experience. I'd want to ask cheongdom a question before I begin my testimony. Q: Cheongdam, do you want to be Hermes or do you want to be a night market no-name brand? Me: your mochi laser treatment is offering $200++, consumers, what do you think?? Okay, let me tell you my true story , and please share if you find yourself in a similar circumstance. I'm doing mochi laser (I've done it 3 times, including today, which is 4). I am old customer since from tiff facial house (now rename cheongdam). To be honest, Bebe (beautician) services were excellent, and her skill is superb. I've been with her for the past 5 years (or more than that). Only person I felt comfortable with.Unfortunately, she is no longer working with Cheongdam, so I decided to seek out another beautician. So I book Elvi for my treatment today at random. Elvi don't have skills and ability. She presses my face like a Mannequin Face (can you imagine?) As I already stated, this is not my first visit to Cheongdam. I'm familiar with the mochi laser treatment. Elvi presses much during the laser treatment as well. Guys, do you believe this is the correct way? The laser was randomly do and less than 5 mins is finish. Super disappointed. Waste my point with uncomfortable treatment today (feel sad)...dare to do Microneedling, or booster treatment with her?? I am NOT. Last but not least, after treatment, I noticed red scars on my face as I gave feedback to the cashier. Elvi show me the "Bo Song" face. "Bo Song" in Hokkien word, meaning not happy, grumpy, angry, frustrated, irritated. And She denial the red scars is because of the mochi laser. Then my face got red scar is my problem?? If today I go for no-brand facial house, the treatment cost is about $20, $30, I totally can understand and won't make noise. If you were me, will you raise this complaint?

Posted after 28 May visit: Relatively new customer to the Cheongdam brand. Would patronise the Tanjong Pagar outlet for monthly extractions by Angel. She was thorough, skillful and her extractions were precise unfortunately she had since left. Because of that I skipped a month of extraction in search for a new therapist. Decided to take the plunge and patronise this outlet given the 5 star reviews. Given that I had missed a month of extraction, I could imagine how clogged the pores were. My usual extraction sessions typically last from 45 minutes to 1 hour. I requested for Joey and was disappointed that she extracted for 15 minutes only and then told me that the bumps weren't clogged pores. Decided to just pay and never return to this therapist. Posted to reply to the Owner on 13 June: After my poor review of the outlet, Esther the manager called me wanting to rectify the issue by offering a FREE extraction since it was a bad session with Joey. I made an appointment with Moon in the Tanjong Pagar outlet on 11 Jun. Initially I was informed Moon only performed eyelash extension but somehow they assigned her to me and said she could do extraction. I should have known better as her extraction skills aren't good. It's painful and left me with lots of post facial breakout and scarring from the poor extraction. That aside, there are inaccuracies in the owner responses. Firstly I only went for Singpost outlet for extraction only. There were no other treatments provided to me. I paid for the extraction at my own expense (about $40 for 15mins of extraction) Secondly, the so called free remediation session wasn't free. It took an hour long and so they charged me for 45 minutes of extraction (to less off the 15 minutes that they did poorly in Singpost). I paid about $113 at my own expense for the so called free session. Overall I actually paid more than what I should have since an hour of extraction would have been priced $132 but I had to pay about $153 for the 2 separate sessions. My advise to those who wants to try Cheongdam is try at your own risk. You might meet a good therapist or you might not. Note: Following my reply, the owner updated its inaccuracies to indicate a free 15 minutes session.

Was recommended to this place by a friend, went for a trial and never hesitated to sign up for more. No hard selling, and experience was fantastic! Ask for Joey; with years of experience under her belt and a pleasant disposition, the quality of service is undisputedly excellent!

Tried the Korean 10-Step Facial and was amazed by the results. Joey was very patient and meticulous and explained the steps clearly and which treatments she would recommend for my skin concerns. She did introduce their point system (something like a package) at the end but she wasn’t pushy and I felt like the savings were quite worth it so I didn’t mind signing up.

I had been trying different clinics to cure my acne and finally found this by chance! I had an amazing experience with Bebe for quite a few session and by far she is the only person I felt comfortable with. No hard selling, friendly and genuinely concern for my skin. I also told her that I have chosen her because of the review I found online. And it's true! She is as good as they say. However, just found out she is no longer working here :-( Hope you will do well everywhere u go!
