It was a great experience with Asian Skin!! As a guy, extraction is my concern. Their skill of extraction is really good and bearable. Of coz they do mentioned that they are doing light extraction instead. Love their professionalism and patient. Will go back to them again!

I have been with Asian Skin Solutions for close to 10 years.... I am extremely pleased with my current and ex facial therapist(s) that has been allocated to me all these years. Personally I feel that reading these reviews (be it good or bad) ain't going to be the most accurate. Therefore I urge any interested parties to reach out to any of the Asian Skin Solution consultant for a trial session for a start to experience it yourself. You would be the best person to give them a review

I never write google reviews but this brand really compelled me to write one there are 4 negative points which is a lot for a business 1. hard selling I notice this brand has hard selling listed across all its branches and that is how I got roped in. I was signed at the novena branch where I was sat down for half an hour and hard sold packages. I literally have text messages with a friend documenting my time in the room. eventually I settled after half an hour and they offered me 10 sessions at half the price and less number of sessions of the original package they pushed initially. for that price and what I had done the day to be continued for 9 more sessions, I was okay with it so I relented eventually. 2. not a relaxing environment by chance I asked to have a session done at the Paya Lebar branch which to be fair, is nicer than the novena outlet as the decor is done much better and is more spacious. but you can hear people chit chatting and music through the walls. I thought one time is fine but having come here a couple times it happens every time. but other than that the outlet is nice and clean. 3. not worth the value realised their package is really basic and not worth what i'm paying for having time to evaluate it after a couple of sessions and without having it compared to the other original packages they tried to hard sell. other facial places have offered more comprehensive or way more advanced procedures for a little more than this price aka actually worth the value. the ironic thing is when they initially asked me what my concern was at the novena outlet the very first time I came to asian skin solution, I said clogged pores and closed comedones and I even said what it was to the consultants in Chinese in case they couldn't understand. the beautician who attended to me at novena did a fairly thorough job in extractions. when I transferred to the Paya Lebar branch nobody asked me what my skin concerns were because they had my file from novena transferred over. okay, I don't know what's in that file but if you say so. the irony is this: after a couple of sessions, my beautician here at Paya Lebar has only done light extractions because they only do light extractions here and nobody said anything about it to me. huh? then I come do facial for what when at the novena branch extractions were done pretty thoroughly and they said they could help me with those skin concerns? is this a miscommunication or they just never bothered to understand my skin concerns? if you're thinking why not go to other facial places then? the answer is 1. hard sold into this, I just have to finish the sessions. 2. that is exactly what I will be doing once I am done here. 4. not flexible at all at the novena branch I left after the hard selling, I was really not in the mood and after receiving payment it seems they weren't interested in telling me more about the package either. at the Paya Lebar branch after my first session they tell me the beautician who attended to me will be assigned to me for the rest of my package. I mean do I have a choice to say no when after all I have already signed the package? there are times I try to arrange a suitable timing for me and they tell me my beautician has another appointment with another customer or she would be off that day. I do not understand why my timing has to be suited to their availability when I am the one paying for facials. does it matter who does what facials for me when the package is fixed and regardless of my skin condition the same procedure will be done, does it matter which beautician attends to me? final thoughts: thankfully I'm halfway through my package already and it's only once a month but I will not be renewing for sure. will see if their attitude and service changes for better or for worse the next time they see me after posting this review.

Great experience here! Service staffs are gentle and delicate on my skin, very professional, friendly and polite. Value for money facial treatments that solves your skin problems! Effective and satisfying results as well. Definitely recommend :)

I have been with Asian Skin Solutions for 7 years, and have changed various consultants / outlets. However, I’m still happy with the improvement to my skin and satisfied with their consistent service over the years. Love the new Paya Lebar outlet, the interior design is brighter and nicer!

My skincare specialist is Kate and she is really professional with her work. I am well assured coming to the skincare centre knowing I will walk out with my skin feeling renewed! She does not hardsell any of their products and packages, definitely not pushy. The staff in the centre is also always very welcoming and polite whenever you enter. Really good quality service, and I've seen my skin improved from the first time I visited here. :-)

After a few sessions of facial with Asian Skin Solution, I could see that my skin significantly improved. Staff there was very friendly and provided great hospitality. The consultant who attended to me was gentle and friendly. Nice and modern looking environment. Will definitely be back for more sessions! ?

Was contacted by a staff via phone call to come down for a complimentary facial session and decided to give it a try since my existing facial package (elsewhere) was finishing. My esthetician Ivvy was very nice and friendly, so when she recommended an upgraded treatment at a cost, I agreed to it, since my skin condition was pretty bad as well. Other than extraction being extremely painful to the point of tears, I could also hear chattering and laughter through the walls coming from the unit beside, not an entirely relaxing ambience IMO.. Things turned sour when they sat me down post-treatment. I was familiar with beauty salons trying to sell their packages, but this was easily my worst post-facial experience, eating up a good 25mins of my post-treatment time. They had 4 different staff come in attempting to convince me to buy their package, repeatedly saying this treatment was what I needed if I wanted my skin to get better... Despite stating multiple times my reasons for not wanting to sign a package and that I was in a rush, they continued taking turns to hard-sell, even offering different "payment options"... I was extremely annoyed by their relentlessness, in addition to the fact that no one could speak English, meaning I could barely understand what they were introducing to me in Mandarin the whole time.. The manager also took my agitation for laughs, thinking it was funny that I was "stressed out" by the multiple selling, which is simply disrespectful. And when I took a firm stand saying I just wanted to make payment for today's session and leave, they proceeded to take an extra 10mins of my time in the pretence of getting a receipt printed for my signature, trying their last luck at me buying the package. Overall a terrible experience and will neither return nor recommend.
