My hairstylist, Steve always gives me the confidence to let him decide the hairstyle that suits me. I like the way he cut my hair as not all hairstylist is good at cutting short hairstyles, but he nail it. He’s been the stylist I go to for the past 9 years. I strongly recommend anyone to look for Steve ! The other staff there are also very friendly and offer really great head massages.

My visit to De Arte at Paya Lebar was a pleasant one. I enjoyed the conversation I had with Steve as he is very patient and friendly. I’ve been wanting to have a change of hairstyle but couldn’t decide on what kind of hairstyle I want. Thankfully Steve is very skilful and he patiently explains to me what kind of hairstyle will suit me. I trust him with my hair! The staff in this salon were also very attentive and welcoming. Hair wash by Bernice was also very comfortable as she gave me a really good head massage. Highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit! :)

May has been my hairstylist for the past 2-3 years and she is by far the best hairstylist I have encountered. Someone who is attentive and professional in her field of work, she never fails to deliver optimum results for my hair. Given her sweet and cheerful nature, I do not have to worry about being awkward around her. Not to mention the rest of the staffs are equally friendly too! Excellent hair salon! The staff are warm and welcoming. They provide simple recommendations and advise of what you can do with your hair, without any hard selling. Paul has been my haristylist for over 10 years and knows what is best for my hair. I have tried multiple hairstyles and have been getting compliments ever since he became my hairstylist. I highly recommend anyone to drop by for your next hair fix!

I've been a customer here close to 4 years now and never had I leaving the hair salon feeling disappointed. They have a friendly and cozy environment it feels comfortable for me to drop by for a hair fix whenever I needed it. Unless my hairstylist, May, happens to be on leave, I will look for her whenever she's available because she has always been really easy to talk to in regards to what I want for my hair. With a brief description of my expectation she is able to find a hairstyle that fits me most. You can also let her know what look do you want to achieve and she will do her best to meet your goal. She always give honest opinion yet she never made me uncomfortable. Even she happens to not be around, I'm not too afraid to let other hairstylist there to do the job. They are equally committed to provide quality service to all customers that walked in including those that are not regulars. I think this is why they have managed to retain so many of us. Lastly, I highly recommend Paya Lebar De Arte Hair studio and if you do wanna give the place a try and do not have a hairstylist in mind yet, hopefully you'll give May a chance! Dexter

I went for hair colouring and treatment and was served by hairstylist Steve as well as Vernice. Steve was very professional and passionate about wanting to give his customer an exceptional experience. He gave me very constructive advice on my hair colour and when should I be cutting. He even went the extra mile to style my hair with soft curls after the treatment. I was ‘wowed’ by his professionalism and customer service. Vernice attended to my hair treatment and hair wash and she was very friendly and make me feel so welcome & happy in the salon.

Super good experience here. Came in at 11am on a Friday and left at 3pm. In that timeframe, there was also alot of customers, so I could already tell they are quite in demand! Paul bleached, dye my hair and did my haircut. Told him I want a balayage style and he did an amazing job!! Aiai assisted him throughout the bleaching and dying process and she also did the full scalp treatment for me! Super impressed with the results and customer service even when I am using the coupons at 50%!! After reading reviews from here, I decided to travel 1 hour away and go to the Paya Lebar branch and my trip is not wasted! Highly recommend both of them! ???

Very happy coming to this salon. This is my third time here and I am very satisfied with their service. Everyone in this outlet are very attentive, they always make you feel welcome. And also ensure that you will leave their salon, a happy customer. There's a very good team spirit here. This, I guess, must be the good job of their team leader. Well done and keep it up!
