All the staff at Cheryl Wellness at Century Square are very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Special thanks to Fiona who has been taking care of me since I join till now. Thanks to Kareen(sorry if spelling is incorrect) who is very jovial, fun & friendly and taking care of me when Fiona was away for a month last year. Lastly compliment to Aminah, her skill is really very good. Highly recommended.

I always enjoy the good vibes once I enter, all of them are cheerful, taking pride in their area of work, working cohesively and It made me relax and feel peace and ease instantly. (That explain why I always fell asleep half way through the treatment.....haha). Special Shout-out to *Fiona and *Aminah for their professional knowledge with the treatment, products and procedures. Their sincere and positive attitude towards their customers have gained much of my respect and trust. Thank you Fiona for spending much time and efforts to answer all my queries and ensuring that I am getting the right treatment factoring in my ever changing body-bio conditons due to my work/ family commitment. Your company service is excellent! Especially I like to thank Fiona for always so helpful when I need to change schedule, she will never disappoint me. I also like to give compliment to Aminah . Her skill is very good. Sally and front desk always so Friendly and approachable.

My first experience was a trial facial session, which I was satisfied with beautician's skills and signed up a facial package. Overall good experience at subsequent facial sessions, whereby beautician carried out all steps and applied all products as appropriate. One suggestion for improvement: Not to overload the beautician by assigning parallel sessions, as human (by nature) will somehow rush things off and miss out little details/ steps/ effort. I am satisfied with a trial massage session too, and continued with them. A big thank you to Fiona, Shirley, Careen, Vicky, Felicia, Aminah, and team, for demonstrating professionalism in your customer service/ treatments! I look forward to more sessions that will impress.

Bought a package and when it was mother's day I wanted to treat my mother to my package, I was rejected saying that it cannot be shared. When I paid for the package, no one said so. Buyers please beware.

Happy to be handled by Fiona and her colleagues. Good service rendered and always enjoyable session when I go for treatments. The team is seamless in handling customers and never a time, I am been left aside to wait for my treatment to start. And, they often shared valuable wellness tips which I find it useful.
