★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible online order experience. Ordered on 31st March and it's 11 Apr now, it's so tough to contact them for an update, no contact numbers to contact, online chat and social media chats has zero updates and response.
Though it's a tough period now, at least provide the basic customer service which your customers deserve for the support given.
Definitely my first and last time trying Watsons online click & collect service. The worst experience for online shopping I have ever faced.
