โ โ โ โ โ Location is convenient, right I. Middle of Bangkit Rd. The taxi dropped off point is well located at the entrance/exit of the condo. Between the pool and the security post. WL maintain and neat condo.

โ โ โ โ โ My neighbor keeps making noise at mid night. I found management and they told me that they have rights to make noise and I can only bear that. They refuse to warn my neighbor about this. What a 'nice' management.

โ โ โ โ โ Security Management is bullcrap and rude. A certain malay security guard told my child's friend to get out of the condo because he does not "like his face" and we had to comply, which is total bullshit. My child and his friends were clearly not breaking any rules and the security guard not "liking his face" clearly does not break a single rule in the regulations.
Bad experience, rude and unfriendly.
If they don't respect the residents, how are we supposed to respect them?

โ โ โ โ โ Have been living here for more than 20 years. Like the place/surrounding so much. There is a Bukit Panjang Downtown Line, though it is not near to the condo, need to take shuttle bus to the MRT. Going to Orchard took about 20 mins via BKE. Though it is near to BKE but it is not so noisy, maybe because there are trees at the natural park (opposite the condo) which block some of the noises. It takes only a few mins walk to a place where everything is under 1 roof. 4 coffee shops plus 1 food court, 4 clinics plus 1 24 hours clinic, 2 dental clinics, 7-eleven, dry/wet markets, fruits stalls, medical hall, hardware shops, schools, banks and polyclinic is on the way etc etc.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful condominium. Not that luxurious and in perfect location. But itโs simple and I love it. Feels like living in the resort.
Residents are friendly and I love living here ?

โ โ โ โ โ I visited this place when there was a heavy storm and it was quite difficult to locate and the security measures are very tight and there is not enough place for visitors parking so if you are visiting remember....

โ โ โ โ โ We moved here 4 years ago. We love the breeze due to unblock. The everyday scenery is so breathtaking that even the kids enjoy staying by the windows to chill after a hard day. It takes away the tiredness. The air quality here is so fresh and it is much better than in the northeast region where we used to live.

โ โ โ โ โ It is a really nice condominium. My really good friend lives there and I think it is simple and nice. It is amazing compared to boring HDB flats. There is a gymnasium, a swimming pool and a library. There used to be a crazy girl here but she moved out, so you should really move here if you can afford it. Also, you chat with my really friendly friend. There is a market near here so shopping is a breeze. There are POSB and OCBC branches and a Giant around the corner. The quality of life is high and you wonโt regret it!
