β β β β β I come to give tuition to one of the tenants. The condo is good. Situated above junction 10 shopping mall. Basic necessities like groceries and transportation are available. Medical Center is also there. As you exit there is sheng siong and it's a 5 mins walk to Bukit panjang stn. Bus stops are easily accessible. The condo isn't very big but in terms of amenities is worth it. The houses are cozy, nothing too big.

β β β β β Apartments are ok, but the maintenance of the common areas is quite poor, and the lift arrangements mean moving in and out is very time-consuming. The area around the pool still hasn't been fixed when we moved out, after being in that condition for about two months.
(On a side note, DO NOT rent unit 11-27 - landlords very abusive and stole $500 from our deposit. Familiar story in Singapore I know, but in 14 years these people were the worst we experienced.)

β β β β β Best places to live at. Great connectivity with MRT, LRT and Bus to the city as well as NTU. Also has a Prime and Sheng Siong supermarket at walkable distance.

β β β β β Condo looks so much better after major rectification works. Super convenient with a supermarket and various dining options right below while mrt station and bus interchange is just across the road. Most importantly is the great price at such convenience.
