I ordered Osmanthus but Jing Jing keyed in the wrong order without apologising.
Didnt know chicha is so inclusive to hire people who are intellectually disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a more health conscious bubble tea drinker, and discovered that 0% dong ding oolong fresh milk + regular pearls/konnyaku pearls is perfect!! The pearls themselves are alr sweetener, so when u have them with the unsweetened tea, it tastes just subtly sweet which is just right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horrible service by Jing Jing. Keeps rushing me to finish my order when there is no one in the queue, and no other orders. Automatically keyed less ice for me when i havent even decided. When i politely asked if its possible to have less pearl, she just replied " no " and walked off. Doesnt rly hurt to be nicer, CHICHA really needs to review their staff training and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHICHA recently released this new drink to members only! Available for 98 points from now till end May! Really nice combination that isn’t too sweet. The pineapple flavour was present but not too strong. The pineapple chunks and crushed biscuit toppings really enhanced the flavour of the drink! Definitely a must-try if you have the points.
