β β β β β Staff are very aproachable, tried the iced latte and brown sugar fresh milk tea. Both were amazing. Came with super nice paper packaging and extra lid with option to drink directly without a straw.

β β β β β Tried the BBQ chicken toast with Yuzu wasabi sauce. The toast was like BLT, it's filling and it taste really good. Surprisingly with a good chunk of chicken and good portion of vegetables. Nice packaging ! The drink i ordered was jing xuan oolong cheese. thought that it will be too heavy. But it taste really refreshing.

β β β β β High quality tea made in multiple ways, with milk, fruit tea, regular tea. Loose tea for sale as well. Some tea leaves direct from Taiwan. Nice prices, but only two seats inside the shop, although just across from food court seating area.

β β β β β I ordered a charsiew tamago sandwich and smoked salmon crostini avocado sandwich, with a matcha biscoff milk tea. It took some time but had the best presentation Iβve seen, in a pretty takeaway bag. It was the best sandwich Iβve eaten with super fresh lettuce, tomato, on the spot made and with lush sauce. The milk tea was interesting and smooth as well.
