★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of bubble milk tea is very good and I like that you can choose less sugar (75/50/25% or no sugar). At this store they have automatic ordering machines. All good, I just miss the black bubbles as they only have golden bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bubble milk tea value is very strong and I like you can choose less sugar/medium/no sugar at all! They've got automated ordering systems at this store. All right, I'm only missing the black bubbles because they have only golden bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here during non peak hours cause the queue gets crazy sometimes. I always order the green tea machiatto and drink through the slit. $2.80 for the medium sized cup. The recently implemented these self check out machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KOI The is a bubble tea shop in Chinatown, Singapore. It located in ChinaTown Point (shopping mall) in New Bridge Road. KOI has many branches throughout Singapore including Bugis, Plaza Singapore, etc. Their signature drink is bubble milk tea. It tastes good and the price is reasonable. Standard bubble tea concept.
Orders can only be placed via the machines (self serving kiosk).
Even if you are paying cash, you are to place the orders at the machine, then make the payment at the counter.
Standard fast and efficient experience getting the bubble tea.
A great self comforting drink to get!
A bit strange that Koi seems to automate the buying process, however, there isn’t any Koi App available for Singapore. That Koi App available now is for Cambodia only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good. Who knew yakult and green tea made a good pair! Lots of bubbles and the konjac is delicious too. 25% sugar was kinda perfect. Not too sweet, not too plain, and you can still taste the green tea. ❤️?
The bubbles & konjac filled about half the medium cup. In the photo, the cup was tilted so the bubbles look less. But as you can see, there were still a lot left after I drank about 1/3 of the liquid!
