★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're eatigo customers (5pm. 50%). We had ordered 2 large hotpot & senior citizen eat slowly because the soup is hot so we need more time to consume the foods. There is no time limit to finish the foods but the staff keep on chasing us to leave the restaurant despite the foods still got half portion. We feel stressed and no appetite to eat so we choose to go without finished the foods. We're very disappointed with the service and bad attitude which is very rude & we'll not visit this restaurant again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good family package of $60 for 2 big chicken & fish or prawn pots + 4 drinks. The portion was too big for 2A2C. Kids who were trying this for first time could not get used to the taste. Do not like the type of Fish they use inside 酸菜汤 (feels like tasteless fish fillets) but overall good value of money.

We ordered couple set $38 with chicken hotpot, fish hotpot, and two cold fruit punch drink. First time tried their fish hotpot, taste good too with salted Vege soup. Drink wise: Fruit punch juice and add on Korean yuzu sofa, both are refreshing for me.
Friendly staff attention to our request. Overall good dining experience.
The next visit maybe should try 1 medium hotpot with add on Vege for two pax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem a little "overpriced" for a set of two at $38.00++ ... Set come in small pot of chicken/ prawn or fish in a pot n two drinks... Rice at $1.00 per bowl... They do have other "side dishes" at $2.00- $6.80... we chose the prawn which the very friendly aunty suggested to separate the Tom yum soup n the prawn with French fries, she claimed it will be better that ways as the French fries will not be in the soup so we could eat it crispy which we really enjoyed it... Staffs are mostly very friendly aunties... Just tot the foods a little "overpriced" as prawn not as fresh as is it thou, soup it in the Tom yum taste better...

Chicken was very small and bony. Difficult to consume. Soup base was excellent. Lobster ball and the veggies were good. Better chicken would have made the experience great…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse and I had 2 small hotpots - their signature chicken and the pig intestine hotpots. Ingredient is sufficient and shop is generous and prompt in topping up soup for both.
Tip#1: order one pot to share since unlimited soup top up. Then order ala cart ingredients to add on to the pot.
Tip#2: look out for discounts/ vouchers such as on eatigo platform. The shop also offers a couple set for $38 which is quite value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple set @38 bucks more value for money. As many reviews pointed out, the portion of the ingredients e.g. chicken meat (quite bony) or prawns (4 pcs) are a bit less than desired - both small pots. They do have their regular customers I guess since they have survived here for many years. Service wise is very good.
