Saw same case with mine in the post. This is my second case. I will choose other menu next time. Good luck this outlet. I will not buy or eat this place from now on. For the price, it's lots of food for daughter to finish and son "help" her to devour all. Best if all is the FREE flow of drinks.

Upon reaching home, then the cheese fries and Mac & cheese were missing, which were for the children. I have to come back just to collect these. Seriously?! Worst till, no one was picking up the call.

I waited there for our Q number there for half an hour until I approached the counter, then the staffs start to prepare my orders slowly. I guess I would never get my chicken if I do not walk over to check my orders! The staff biased towards packing the delivery orders first, and letting the dine-in customers to wait there without any prior notice until the customers frustrated. I saw many customers waited there and went over to counters to check why was it taking so long to prepare the order. So prioritizing Delivery Orders is your SOP? If that so, please inform customers upfront or dont even accept walk in orders! Ridiculous to wait for more than 30 mins from a such called fast food restaurant! Will not go to this outlet again!
S	ShiMin Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had my 1st Texas meal on 28 April 2022 and was pleasantly surprised by how different their fries were (warm, thick and straight cut) and I liked it ??.. alas, I ordered takeaway recently 21 June 2022 and realised they switched it to your usual fast food fries, which are worse than KFC's (scrawny and cold). -minus 1 ⭐ saw that I could redeem 2pcs of chicken using a Shopback voucher on 29 June 2022 but was told Texas does not sell any chicken breast when I requested for a change. -minus 1 ⭐ Filipino manager on duty appeared unhappy to be behind the counter. Not sure if it was because I used a voucher instead of having to pay for my meal, the chicken she served me was black (similar to the ones shown in other reviews). I wanted to question her why the skin was not golden brown but decided against it as she did not look like she was going to entertain me (so I saved my breath). Kitchen crew needs to monitor the temperature of the oil. -minus 1 ⭐
C	Case Woo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse fried chicken I have ever eaten. The breast, thigh and drumstick were probably re-fried til they have shrunken in size. All three pieces combined is equal to 1 piece of KFC. They’re just horribly soggy and the skin was rubbery. This meal was just absolutely terrible. What a waste of my stomach space. If it weren’t because we needed to catch dinner before our movie, I wouldn’t be here and I definitely will never eat here again. Wow just wow this is VERY BAD!
