4Fingers Crispy Chicken - Tai Thong Cres

Ordered thru grab 3 sets but received only 2 bottles of drink by self pickup. Went back for one missing drink on the way back home. Staff unhappily gave one bottle of water without any single word of apology. To finding at home with disappointment, there was only 2 sets of chips. Did not feel like coming back to unfriendly staff just to claim chips. Making mistake is not a big deal. What disappointed me was upsetting behavior by staff there. I hope she can Just smile and be happy n try to delight her customers with her smile.

Do not order from this place they have messed up my order 3-4 times in the span of 3-6 months one of the worst service from this shop do not buy here grab from other restaurants and the fries are too soggy and the chicken is dry.

Ordered direct through their app. Was expecting order to arrive at 6.15. Called and called for an hour and no answer. Up till now two hours later still no food and the status of my order online is preparing. Totally spoilt out family birthday celebration. Disappointed to the max. Dont even deserve a star.

Ordered online at 330pm from this branch for delivery to be made at 615pm. Recieved sms at 530pm for tracking link which directs me to panda go. When I go back into the link at 6pm, it says the order has been cancelled on their end at 550pm. Totally disappointed as I wasn't even informed via a call or sms on the cancellation and only came to know about it when I visit the link to track at 6pm. When I called the branch, there was no pickup. Have been trying to reach them for a week via the phone number and their email but no reply at all. Till now, after about 1 week plus, I have not received the refund yet. Poor customer service. Will not order from them anymore.

Was patient enough to wait for 5 minutes in front of cashier for the 3 staffs on duty to attend to my order but was ignored. Finally, youngest sauntered after I had to call out if anyone was going to attend to me. A sense of urgency would have been appreciated. Only a word of apology from cashier staff that ultimately served me and manager was not even apologetic. When prompted and asked why it would be so hard to acknowledge customers, excuse given by store manager was that they couldn’t make out if I was one of the many delivery staffs to pick up delivery orders. The nerve of him to give such an excuse. I was not in delivery staff clothes and standing right in front of cashier and trying to get someone to make eye contact with me. More excuses given in saying they have asked for a bell for customers to ring them. If all the staffs had wanted to do was be line workers to fulfil orders, take out the manual cashier line and stick to self ordering apps and kiosks! Mr Foo, understand you are the area manager, please kindly instil importance of taking pride in your work for your staffs. And if the staffs are reading this review, especially the young cashier who bothered to apologise and didn’t give excuses, it will only do you good to learn customer service. Go beyond this workplace and observe how other F&B staffs are working.

I ordered 3 seaweed fries and the portion that was given equivalent to a regular MacDonald fries. The fries were soggy, badly seasoned and the taste was very bland. Truly felt that it was a complete waste of money for $8.40. Have to say that I am utterly disgusted with the quality of food that was served, would not recommend even my worst enemy to eat what I had just eaten. Would like to recommend this place to close down as it is outright atrocious to sell such garbage to the public

Please note the shop here has no dine-in, only take away. Ordered thru Deliveroo for pickup. Meal was prepared on time when I went to pickup. Problem is there was only 1 guy working and he has to prepare the chicken, fry them, season them, pack them, take orders, etc and he just did not have time to serve the customers else the chicken might get burnt? So I told him I am picking up my order and waited and waited. And then I asked again after a few minutes as he is still seasoning the fried chicken. After a while, I realised u need to just find your orders from the shelves yourself, self service. Just pickup and go. All the while my order was sitting on top of the shelf, two shelves above my head. How am I supposed to know for first timer there? Anyway, the chicken is very tasty but not well marinated/seasoned as the inside is not so nice.

Ordered on Grab from this outlet. Took 1hr to arrive. I like the burger, the chicken was crispy and sweet sauce was good. It wasn't messy when eat the burger. There were sesame on the bread top and bottom. The fries were not that good, it was soggy and it wasn't crispy.
