A big and oldest hawker center in Singapore. Although quite a lot old one have change hand, but it is still a good place for most popular hawker foods and the price still remain cheap like the old day. The upstair has renovated and still selling fashion clothing and their accessaries. It's fun to spend some eating and shopping and the neighboring famous China Town is worth to visit as well. A must for every visitor to Singapore.

Local people recommended us to eat in Chinatown food court. The food is variety, delicious and cheap. Because we went to after 9:30pm, so almost food stores were closed.

Every country has their own version of Chinatown and Singapore has one (or more then one) exactly. Really feel the China or Chinese feel here as there is a Buddha relic temple and some old colonized building that show Singapore olden days. So the main Pont for Chinatown is..... Food. Yeah food. Just get donw from Chinatown mrt and there are four exit, choose either one and will bring you to many of one food area. Exit C will bring you to many stall operate by China mainland people and you can experience the real China food and the while environment. Exit A will bring you to a shopping street ND walk further down to the Buddhist temple you will reach a food court on the second floor of a complex where you get more local Chinese food. Bottom floor is a market and upstairs is food court. Highly recommend the ๆฐด็ฒฟ, steamed fish head and just something which is not available in your area. Not sure about the local but this place definitely serve the local taste of Singapore, no matter you are looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It is a โ€œChineseโ€ Hawker center located in the corner of Chinatown. There are lots of Chinese food shops in the place. You can enjoy many types of Chinese food from North to South of China. I had spicy Knife-cut noodles with beef in one shop among them and that is still the best Knife-cut noodles I have ever had in Singapore. It looks quite local area so there are few people who can speak English and they can improve in terms of cleanses, but I am sure about the quality of food and its surprisingly low price!

Dry Prawn Mee Noodles with prawn paste soup and Katong Laksa are worthy to try ! Good getaway from humid weather because the foodcourt is air-conditioned. Clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The foodcourt closes early at 9p.m.

This is a place we will come at least once a month to have variety of chinese food. It can be very noisy during mealtimes. It is definitely a place where you'll dine and perspire a lot. Our favourite is the Chinese food beside Tiong Bahro pau. You will see many ordering spicy fish from it. Do note max seats for a round table is 8 seats
